We are moving to a new build at the end of September in Benjiofar and are looking to set up broadband as soon as we can.

Can anyone recommend a good local company?

Take it easy. 5G wireless is already available (Vodafone) though somewhat limited. Other operators will follow soon, should cost around 35,-/mo.

Forget all the running around because MOST new builds have fibre pre installed and you will probably have to use the the supplier that pre installed it in your development. Try talking to the agent or the developer onsite who will be able to inform you.
