Hi, can someone please help? we’re arriving in a couple of week via Ferry to Santander and have tried to complete the Spanish health form, I’ve only input my name, name of ship, date of arrival and passport number and was then issued with a form identifier and code, after entering this on the ‘continue existing form’ I was then informed I could not continue further until 48 hours before arrival in Spain. On information I had found on various sites, Q& A:s etc I was given to understand that there was several sections which could be completed in advance with only the final health questions being completed within the final 48 hours. Can anyone enlighten me please? Thankyou
You can only complete the SPTH up to 48 hours befire travel date.
The system will not allow partial completion.

Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou! From other responses and comments etc I understood the form could be part completed so this information is a huge relief. Have you personally completed the form and if so how long does it realistically take to do?
I have done one, it is best to do the form online. The app crashes all the time!
When I did it online took about 5 minutes, the form and QR code was sent to my email immediately.

Sorry to jump on your thread but today I have to try and do the air version for a friend who is struggling. It seems she has an email with a number so presumably started a form. Can I start a new form or will it know she started to do one (she has no idea when she did it)
Also when I’ve hopefully completed it can I email it back to her ok. She flies Tuesday so I can do it later today

Sorry but I really can’t help you, when I first accessed the form and input basic relevant information I was emailed an ‘Identifier’ and Security Code which has to be entered into the form but I don’t know what would happen if I lost this information. Perhaps it’s worth trying and see what happens, it’s quite stressful for something which is apparently very straight forward! Good Luck.

Hi, If you start a new application 48 hours before you travel it will work fine.
It takes about 5 minutes to complete.
