You can email it to her yes. You can also fill the form out for her if you have all the relevant information. Passport number, address staying in Spain, seat number, region she is travelling from. You will then receive a QR code by email and you could send it all to her if she isn’t computer savvy. However she would need to print it off to take with her if that’s an easier way.

I completed the form yesterday, my wife and I are travelling today, using the option to register as a family. I completed my part quite easily, but struggled to import my wife’s proof of vaccination. It took me around an hour but got the QR codes eventually. 

Unfortunately all did not go well. She had registered twice and I tried continuing with both of those but got response unable to retrieve. It also wouldn’t let me start a new application as it kept saying a record exists. I then managed to almost complete one of the existing records via the portal but it wouldn’t let me finish without uploading her vaccination certificate and she has absolutely no idea how to send me a copy. I’ve screenshot the unfinished record and sent her to a travel agent today (apparently library is closed) or alternatively she lives near Gatwick so I’ve told her to go there. She’s in such a flap and I’m totally stressed but really don’t know what else to do. I’ve emailed SpTH and easyJet too

Oh dear what a stressful time, I hope all’s well in the end. Will have everything crossed when we try to complete ours before sailing next week. 

You go into old one and add to it or start a new one but with different id .cant use same id if previously started one .I used driving licience for my 2nd attempt.
