Power of attorney

Hi if just sold my house which is in my husband and my name. He isnt keen to return to Spain and wants to give me permission to deal with players ect

To avoid unnecessary translation and legal fees and costs have the POA set up by the nearest Spanish Consul.
Frankly you will both save an awful lot of grief and faffing about if he makes a short trip to Spain to give you POA.
UK Consuls are on still on strike I believe but even if not have been which will have created huge backlogs.
You should be able to arrange everything in advance so require little more than a day trip for him to sign the papers.
