... got to 6 weeks from the renewal date my Fire device stopped working ie. I couldn't log in (Odd that!!!!!). I contacted them about my problem and they came up with a new solution every week with different resulting messages, I had to send them screenshots etc after each trial process which took about 30 minutes (disinstall, delete cache, switch off/on reinstall etc. Needless to say none of them worked. Today is my last day with them, I haven't tried it but it didn't work a week ago and comms appear to have dried up. so I can't be bothered to deal with their practices any more.
No point in renewing with them as my device does not work with their system.
Time to try a few of the others, some offer 24 hours free, ie no card details etc., other have money back trials.
