Legal advice on a property to buy

i am looking for someone to help me with looking into the urban planning file of a certain property wich i want to buy, but not sure if the house has all the permits, it is an old house.
The town hall to go to is benissa.
Is does not have to be a lawyer, someone with some real estate experience would also do.
Does somebody have a recomandation for me?
