If going for less than a week a hire car would be considerably cheaper

Hi James
The bus from the airport to Torrevieja bus station is only €7 and then a taxi from there to Cabo Roig would not be so bad
Regards

Less than £10 per day at the airport.
Get the damage insurance in the UK before you travel.

Personally we go thru do you Spain , take insurance out here think it's £3 per day, they will block a chunk off credit card but the insurance will cover you for that if anything happens.. We've never had any problems in ten years but no doubt people on here will have different views ! I can only recommend how we have done it over the years

There is a private company called beniconnect that does transfers for €20 per person each way. Book online with flight details. They do drop offs that should be close to where you are staying (you pick the closest one I think). Getting regular bus to Torrevieja from the ais €7, but second bus to Cabo Roig is a hassle. I always use Beniconnect to La Zenia and it’s a good service.

Try doyouspain. I hired a car the other week for 4.50.dont take the insurance they offer for the excess. Go onto money maxim and buy theirs. I took out a yearly policy and it cost me 35 euros. And better still it does pay out
