Can't give the name of a vet but Pets World on the way up from La Zenia towards the Boulevard should have the information.

Moby Dicks in Pilar de la Horadada are fantastic and speak good English. Not too far from Cabo Roig if you can't find a vet closer.

I believe Pets World in Los Dolses have vets on the premises.  Most vets in Orihuela Costa speak English.  I myself use San Anton in Playa Flamenca, they also have a 24 hour hospital in Guardamar for emergencies.

We have recently found MobyDicks at Pilar Horadada and cannot praise them enough.  Professional  care with excellent communication - in great detail - from the practitioners.   Highly recommended indeed.
