I've always had a problem with Bankia and they don't seem to want to help us.  I can't wait to get to Spain and change banks.

At the moment, they are saying 'update personal and work data to avoid operational restrictions of account'.  Nothing has changed, but when I try to put the same information in again, how do I put my mobile number in when there are only 8 spaces to fill.  On their website it comes up like this - +44 xxxxx 513.

I have emailed them and also sent a message on their website, but they aren't replying as usual.

When the call arrives with reset passcode, it's in Spanish but very slow. The recording repeats the numbers very slowly in Spanish using numbers from uno to nueve. Just get a pen ready and write down the numbers as they're spoken.

In my experience, they only reset to the last password you used if that helps at all.

I think you need to enter just the missing digits of the telephone number.

Hi, sorry, I don't know the email address for the Cabo Roig bank.  As for changing banks in Spain, I won't know until I go to Spain and try!

Good luck.
