They have closed a few bars on the strip in cabo roig ....I am not sure why  if you don't sell food ....would this be because they don't have a good license ...and how much food would you need to sell ..is Crisps ..a sandwich.....a tapas.  ....and could a restaurant  just sell alcohol..without food.  ...

Are they karaoke bars? All karaoke bars have had their licences revoked.

Even before the latest restrictions there are at least two bars, three restaurants and a bakery in Cabo Roig that have all closed permanently, likely that more will join the list.

I agree but they unfortunately closed for their own reasons and I am sure everywhere .there will be more who can't afford to ride this out ....but just confused about the risk of catching covid in a bar that sells food and a bar that doesn't sell food

Agreed that the new restrictions don't make any sense.
