Once upon a time there was a ship's captain with a certain habit: whenever he entered the bridge, he opened a small box with a key hanging from his neck. He had a short look into the box locking it after. The same procedure was repeated upon abandoning the bridge. Everyone was quite curious about what may be so important in the box. The secret was unveiled by the First Officer the day the captain was found dead. After getting hold of the key he opened the box finding a small piece of paper inside saying starboard-right, backboard-left. Why not making yourself a similar piece of paper saying: enter roundabouts to your right, wide turns to your left, short turns to our right - I bet it'll work. Drive as much as you can, you'll get accostumed.

It might be more of a hinderance driving a RHD car here. If you're here permanently I'd seriously consider buying a LHD. I took a neighbour out in my (smallish) van and let her drive, the best advice I can give if you can't find someone to help is to just follow where the car in front goes.
