Is there a service that would collect my car and return it to me same day ??

Gtautosspain.com in Los Dolses - they will take your car for it's ITV test, not sure if they will pick It up but give them a call to ask.

I've used the ITV centre in Pilar De La Horadada for the past 6 years, you simply book online via the ITV website at a time that suits you, it's never that busy and always easy to get a time slot even in the early evening.
Hi go to ITV centre San Javier.
If you have google maps put in above but it is down AP7 heading for Cartagena take exit 780B onto M1 400 mtrs turn right at roundabout all signposted from AP7. (ITV)
Very efficient when you get there book in go to one of windows last time I was there (June) it was €45 once paid you take lane they tell you I have been there 3 times now no wait finished within 30mins very simple.
Check everything is working before you go if you find a bulb out or wiper needs replacing and you cannot do it there is a place at back of boulevard that will do it for you on the spot
