So for anyone who would like to make new friends here , I have set up a what's app group . If you pm me with your mobile no I will add you and then you can see what is going on socially . The beauty of it is that whether you are permanent resident or just coming for holidays , there will be something going on for you . You never need to be in your own.
Examples are : we are planning a local bus trip Monday starting from medical centre just to see how to get around on the bus here (taxis are unreliable ) we had a great evening at Paddys Point last night seeing Tribute Band Abba . We've had an evening at Balti Tower on strip and also planning beach walks and daytime activities .
Everyone is welcome : we are a really friendly bunch 😊😊😊. Message me for more details . Look forward to getting some new members /friends

I have just come across this post

Not here in Torrevieja permanently but always looking for new things to do and new friends to meet.

I don't always have a car but when I do I often go to Bar La Torre or Bar Argento up your way. There is a fantastic young singer, dancer, saxophone player called Miguel Alarza who you might have seen.

It's a great evening where he gets everyone up to dance.

I'll pm my phone number to be added to WhatsApp and maybe I can meet up with some of the ladies whilst I'm here 😊 (until 26th)

Hello Kim,

thanks for the response. The group is LADIES only - sorry gents ! We have a Whats App group where members (I think there are 40 now) post to keep in touch and arrange meet ups . It is ideal as you can dip in and out when you want. It is centred round the Cabo Roig area but if you have transport then this is no problem from Villa Martin. If you would like to join the Whats App group then DM me with your Whats App number and I will add you with pleasure.!!
