... same Station (Atocha) to the airport, they told me that there are 3 or 4 trains departing every hour and it takes 18 minutes approx to get to the airport. 

I have not be able to speak with Alsa over the phone but in the website it shows that there is a coach that departs a 23:00 from Torrevieja and arrives at Barajas Airport at 5:55am, althoug it says that this service is suspended. 

Either way I suggest you to go personally to the trains Station or Bus Station to mske sure you get the correct infirmation. If you need anyone to help with this matters I will be happy to help.
