They'd put you in a cell with Villas 😁

It remains to be seen how much policing of UK immigration actually happens. Who wants to be the first? Perhaps a fine, which is not the deal breaker, it's when you want to return.....

Then once you've done your time they deport you to Jamaica even though you've never been there 🤸‍♂️👍

On the uk government website a few weeks ago it said that there won’t be any changes this year but next year unless you get residency, we can stay a maximum of 90 days in a 6 month period so 6 out of 12 months per year. This year we will have had over 6 months. Next year we will do as they say but planned a holiday somewhere else but can’t go to Spain including canaries Balearics etc so going to Cyprus. Also we will need a visa for Spain!  I’m pretty certain that is how we stand.

Hi There

If you are Driving over Via The Euro Tunnel to Spain I don't think there is any passport checks are in place yet unless someone knows any different, I am travelling over in May/June so I will find out then, in which case if no check points this year you might be able to stay longer????

Hi Pete

I came over last September via tunnel into France and Spain and there was no passport check as you add information to euro tunnel prior to travelling  and no passport control into span in and out

Most countries simply apply fiscal penalties.

Cambodia fines you 10 dollars a day, Thailand 500 baht etc etc.

The rules are pretty global

90 days out if 180.

183 days and the individual is fiscally resident.

I simply can't understand the confusion people are having!
