According to the information on the Quesada Fish & Chips Facebook page, they’re hiring staff at the moment and hope to make an announcement within the next 10 days of when then will be opening.

can anyone give an update on la finca reopening? Looking for some new places to visit when out in a early June and just miss reopening of Eduardos at villamartin, so thought this maybe an option to try.
Thanks

We went a couple of nights ago. Extremely busy but that was only to be expected from a new restaurant. Car parking available opposite, but was full, so lots of cars parked on the narrow approach road. I guess that won’t go down with the local urbanisation. The guardia were driving round as we parked up. Beautiful setting, the pool area is very pretty. Lots more outdoor seating than inside. Food menu rather reduced from the QFC menu, but as most people normally offer fish & chips it really doesn’t matter. Menu of the day 9.50€ , which I believe is the same price as it’s main restaurant. Food portions were huge and tasty.
Unfortunately the mainly Spanish staff appear to be having problems with a British menu and digital ordering system, so service was slow. We waited 20 minutes just for our drinks order! Our meals arrived incomplete- my mushy peas were missing as was the fried egg off my husbands choice of chicken meal. He was also given the wrong sauce Staff were most apologetic and we were given a discount off our bill.
I’d just put it down to initial teething problems and would be happy to visit again in a couple of months when the staff have settled in.
