Hope you all doing well. I’m looking for reliable letting agencies that can basically let and manage our property in Cabo Roig.

Hopefully you're aware that you'll need a Tourist Letting licence to do this for holiday lets. Definitely don't use an agent who hasn't been personally recommended, ideally by more than one client, among other things you could find them subletting and keeping the rental payments. It can be a bit of a minefield.

Hi Steve

sThanks for your reply ,we have all the documents required by the authorities. As you mentioned these days you can’t trust anyone so we’ve decided to manage all the bookings by ourselves, just the cleaning will be done by someone else. But, still if There’s someone reading this post and know trustful agency is more than welcome to contact me.
