Providing Advance Passenger Information for Brittany Ferries
Hi - my first post (so apologies if under wrong heading and/or asking a daft question!!)
My family and I are travelling Portsmouth to Santander departing Thursday 27th Jan with Brittany Ferries ('BF'). I have tried numerous times to add the advance passenger information ('API') required but the website and link provided in BF's emails continually state 'error'. I have also tried phoning but am forever on hold. The Live Chat does not seem to be activated either. Has anyone else had a problem adding the API and if so, were you able to easily provide the information directly at the ferry port? I am really worried the port will stop us travelling if we haven't provided the information 'in advance'. We have all other documents ready and will complete the Spanish FCS at relevant time.
