Providing Advance Passenger Information for Brittany Ferries

...ve also tried phoning but am forever on hold. The Live Chat does not seem to be activated either.  Has anyone else had a problem adding the API and if so, were you able to easily provide the information directly at the ferry port?  I am really worried the port will stop us travelling if we haven't provided  the information 'in advance'.   We have all other documents ready and will complete the Spanish FCS at relevant time.

Have you just tried sending an email to their customer service with relevant details in and ask for confirmation info been added to your booking as proof.?

Sailed with BF twice last year and didn't give any API. As far as I am aware API is not required for ferry travel only air travel.
