I wonder if differences with Spain over Brexit negotiations are behind all this.

Exactly it is all a load of cods wallop. In more ways than one. Fishing quotas and water is the only stumbling block left.

Jayne. If it was my Mother I would do the same.
On the point mentioned about going out to shop for food. In circumstances were it is necessary and no other suitable arrangements are in place ,you will be allowed to venture out to the shops.
Be mindful, but also Follow your heart.
