Hi can I ask for some advice please . We have a bungalow in Cabo Roig . Two bedrooms , one bathroom , air con in lounge and both bedrooms and roof solarium . What would be a fair amount to ask to rent it out in September for six weeks please ? Thanks for any advice .

Do you realise you need a Tourist Licence before you can let out your property for holiday rentals.?
If you have already got one displayed outside then I apologise but it might be something you do not know.
You start by going to the Town Hall to see if they will agree to you renting ---- if they give you a compatibility certificate, you can then apply for the licence. There is a lot of info on this forum about the procedure...
