Where do i go or what website do i use to get a spanish ehic card.i am a spaish resident.

For clarity where you are resident is not the point, it's who provides your healthcare,
If you get it via an S1 then UK are responsible for issuing an EHIC, if you are in the Spanish system by other means however then you get it from Spain.
