Does anyone have a rough idea of the price of bifocals in Spain and can anyone recommend an Optician in the Cabo Roig area thanks

Would recommend the Opticians in the Shopping Mall at Mercadona in Playa Flamenca, can't say about the cost of bifocals.

I have used Multioptics in La Zenia Boulevard, prices are on display, and no problems. Also used Fischer Optics, down the side road opposite Mercadona in Playa Flamenca, they were very good. As I often used Specsavers in th UK, I will try them next time. They have a shop at La Zenia, opposite Consum supermarket. Their prices are online if you Google them. The choice is yours, but I feel that the one in the Mercadona complex is a little expensive. Good luck.

I order mine online from Zenni Optical, as long as you know your prescription it's very easy, my bifocals were around 60 quid including magnetic clip on sunglasses attachment..You can spend a lot more if you want but I find these 60 quid ones fine. Incidentally, for similar ones without anti glare or magnetic attachments were almost 200 at Specsavers in Ireland.
