This is close by https://www.google.com/search?q=horse+riding+centre+campoamor&oq=horse+riding+centre+campo&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j33i160l4.20550j0j8&client=tablet-android-bq&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

Near to Torrevieja rather than Cabo Roig   Lo Rufete  Adventure Park has horse riding as well as a lot of other activities.

They're located beyond San Miguel on the CV951 (while I've not been, I cycle past it on a regular basis). It's certainly not walking distance from Cabo Roig - or indeed anywhere really as the CV951 doesn't have any footpaths heading up to it even if you were to walk along the canal from San Miguel to get to that road.

So would  be a taxi as I'm fairly sure that the CV951 isn't at all well served by public transport - if at all!

I've just had a look on Google maps on this - I never realised that was a horse riding centre but then again it's not something I'd be getting up to now at my age!

It's certainly a lot nearer than Lo Rufete and could be within walking distance depending on both how fit/energetic both you and the grandchildren are and where you are located within Cabo Roig.

If you were on the beach side of the N332 you could walk through to the far end of the strip and then continue through a little bit of Campoamar before cutting down and going under the N332 to get there. If non-beach side, there's a cycle path that goes down that side of the N332 (separately fenced off) and you could walk down that to get to the same place.
