Yes they can but you are granted access at any time by Law.

Hello

I would say, ask your administrators as it would have to be agreed. In my Urb, we have 6 meter cabinets with about 12 or so meters in each ( 75 owners), all of whom would need a key.

People arrive at all times of the day & night+ weekends/bank hols when administrators are closed so if your key was lost/forgotten it would be so much of a faff , that when it came up for discussion years ago, it was immediately discounted

Hope this helps

Cheers

We was thinking of a combination lock so everybody has the code. Would it not be down to the community and president rather than the administrator? As the Administrator works for the urbanisation.

Hello

In my Urb it would have to be  a topic for discussion at  AGM  & voted on by all owners,( president/vice presidents have no power on their own in our place)....... not sure how your Urb works

I wish this was the case on our urbanisation. The President and Administrator seem to make all the decisions 😣 it’s so frustrating as security isn’t priority for them.
