Hi Jerry065.

I read the comments posted to your concerns & can add little, except that with regard this forum works for most. The admin have made it easy for any forum poster, be their interested in buying/selling, general comments, & ongoing threads, be one interested in "Donald Trump", "Brexit", "co...

...vid-19" or how to make the best "baked potato" (just for eg:), updated news stories & general chat, insight of other´s opinions together with amusement. We are typing on "Donald Trump" thread at the moment. It was mine & yours choice to read it.

For me, it gives me, besides information, interaction with other´s. No one forces anyone to read it, comment on it, or agree with anyone. I do agree that "slanging matches" occur. I do not see personal attacks beneficial, but the forum benefits outweighs by passing ideas. This has helped me many times & I hope have helped others. I hope you enjoy to continue.

With best regards,

Villas

Sorry is it just me ....or is Donald trump  a total wa...k r.

No I don't agree. I think he is the Chosen One. but....

Xi Jinping is one for the way he treated his people and still being false about official figures

and.....

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (leader of the WHO) is one too for stating that flight bans, wearing masks etc. offer no protection from Covid and also the way he is in the back pockets of China - which Trump is looking into and will punish them for.

and...

Pedro Sánchez is a total w@@@er for allowing International Womens Day in Madrid, March 8th to go ahead despite the news at the time coming out of Italy. He risked lives and probably caused deaths all for the sake of policital correctness.

Trump has more balls than ANY EU head of state. One man who dares to go against the grain so naturally the mainstream media is turning on him as they love the status-quo but they are not there for you and have no interest in your welfare. I believe Trump loves America and putting your country first is the prime mission of any leader.

Cheltenhan was NOT okay at all. Boris too has totally cocked this up. I wish him a speedy recovery but if we all followed his example god knows where we would be. Boris was advised a herd path to sort this - I heard macron then threatened a blockade of the UK unless he changed his mind. Which he did shortly after Macron's visit to Downing Street. Italy screwed up too which involved the connections with the design industry and China - leaving things way too late to act. This is why we had infection hotspots in Europe. The virus map clearly shows the cock ups made.

I am UK resident and spend around 3 months/year in Spain. However, I prefer to take a step back view when considering who is right or wrong. Just because you live in Spain does not mean you have to support it's leader/ruling party. That's the path NAZI Germany took (with us/against us). I get it from your other posts you are anti-UK. Not sure why - maybe a personal thing I don't know - I say what I see....but most Spanish are critical of their government. That seems to be the default Spanish way. Agreeing with any elected party does not make you more Spanish (and the SSWP did not win the election with an overall vote so Spain is still in limbo).

You have your own mind so use it.

Totally disagree. Spain hid the death/infection figures for around 4 days (the period surrounding the Women Day March). That is akin to manslaughter for nothing apart from political gain. This is why Spain has a class action lawsuit and is under investigation by Madrid courts and judges. Not only did they let the Spanish people down they actively suppressed data which people could have used to make a decision before any official lockdowns.  If you were North Korean I could understand such unwavering support - as your very life may depend on it but you surely are not arguing that any government still needs supporting which knowingly made life and death decisions AGAINST its own people for its own political agenda? If yes you will not be in agreement with the majority of Spaniards who will throw Sanchez out on his A##E when the dust settles. To support such failure is giving support for allowing such mistakes and failures to happen again. This means more deaths.  He should step down as should Boris. They screwed it up totaqlly. If I screwed up in my own employment I would not be supported I would be sacked. As they should be. No wondering Vox is gaining votes.

In normal times I am in contact with around 6 local families and whilst they respect the law 4 out of the 6 disagree with the way this crisis has been managed. The other 2 are on the fence. I am not saying he wanted this to happen but it was wilfully ignorant and negligent to proceed with the march (and various sports events mixing hundreds of thousands together) Do you not wonder why Spain along with Italy are virus hotspots? The UK now is following suit as the spread was through packed public transport.

So no, it is not right to respect suck a wilful cockup that caused deaths. Maybe you should ask an affected Spanish family who has lost loved ones if THEY are happy with his management?

Yes he is ! He has no idea about anything and the Brain of peanut. He always blames other people for his stupid comments.

He blames the WHO for causing the spread of this virus and refuses to donate to them . If he could , he would sack them , like he does everyone who disagrees with him .

Really hope he does not last as President much longer , for the he sake of us all !

Spain's first coalition government since democracy was restored in 1978, after the Franco dictatorship = the one Sanchez presides over is totally cobbled I agree and as for how long it will last will depend on what excuses he makes after this coronavirus disaster which has been totally mismanaged by Italy, Spain the US and the UK in the main. All will have to pay the piper once the dust settles.
