Hello...I have a groundfloor appartment in Punta Prima/Los Altos vacant @€650/month during that period....2 bedrooms/4 persons, 1 bath with shower and winterveranda, tv/wifi/internet and airco..incl costs water and electricity up till 80kw/wk...rentalguarantee of @250 (refundable) and endcleaning @€50.
