Electricity has been turned off

Hi all
We are due to come out on 30th July. My husband aunt and uncle own the property and we have been holidaying here for 10 years. Due to the Virus and my husbands uncle's health, no-one has been at the property now for nearly two years. A friend of the family has been checking the property and recently told us that the electricity has been turned off. This may be because to an overdue bill. If we were to pay this bill on arrival, would the power supply be switched back on that day? We are worried about being left with no power. Thanks for any info available x
