Hello all,

Loving our new place in Cabo Roig since December 2021!

We have all our utility direct debits all sorted out except our water bills :(

Can anyone tell me if there is just one water supplier in this area (like the UK), or multiple suppliers?

Plus, how do I contact my water supplier to pay them?

Thanks

Normally the solicitor undertaking the conveyancing will arrange for utilities to be reconnected and will set up the DDs - one of the checks they have to make is that all bills are up to date and no outstanding debt. Can they help you answer this question? Ours is with Hidraqua and we pay quarterly. Their phone number is 911 774090 but They may need the contract number from the bill to help you - back to your solicitor!

Hello

Just to confirm who your water supplier is, ask..... the President ( if on an Urbanisation,) the Administrator, a neighbour, or as suggested your solicitor should know (  & have account details from previous owner+

Cheers
