What is the cheapest way to watch Sky sports,BT sports and Euro sports on television.Is it better to have a T.V with built in internet ?

The cheapest way is a free app, which gets the free (and sometimes unreliable and poor quality) pirated streams. But not all "T.V with built in internet" will have access to such apps...which is when an external "android" box may have to be used.
The most reliable and best quality is via a proper satellite subscription.

I have wifi (only 12mbs).
I have used an android box (one off purchase) for 5 years. Have upgraded it once. I mainly stream music, latest release films and sky sports F1.
Access to ALL international channels. Very few problems.
