Does anyone know of a model aircraft flying club within 30 miles of Calpe. In England there’s one in every town almost but I cannot find one near me in Spain. If anyone has seen or knows of a model aircraft enthusiasts shop in Java, Alicante or Denia, please let me know. They may be able to point me in the direction of one.

The radio control flying club my husband belongs to is the Club de Aeromodelismo Elche. This is probably about an hour's drive from Calpe, so may be too far for you to travel .... it's a very well-known and well respected flying club with a membership made of of Spanish and non-Spanish flyers.

Hi Pauline thanks for that suggestion. Could you or your husband let me know the address and the days when people are likely to be there flying. I can then drive up and take a look

Pauline, I’ve been told there are clubs in Pego, Tormos and Ondara. I wondered if maybe your husband knows about any of those?
