Advice or tips on making the move to calpe

Hi all, we’re flying out to Calpe today to continue our property search in calpe, Benissa areas, we are also taking a look around Jalon, we would appreciate feedback on your experiences, and any tips on what to be aware of, experiences both good and bad. This will will be a permanent move for us , we’re not looking for a holiday home, so location is important.Thanks all looking forward to seeing the responses , and finding our new home, exciting times.
