Hi does anyone know if or where there us an environmental health office in Marina Alta region. I have issues regarding health ti do with building works next door to me.

Perhaps your first port of call would be your local town hall, if you haven't already been in touch with them.

Been there read the book seen the movie etc etc. They don't care.
