Buying in Calpe

Hi All, I am new to the forum. We spent most of last year visiting areas in the Costa Del Sol to buy but the conclusion was that's it's too expensive. We are now looking at the Costa Blanca and from my desk top research it seems that Calpe has everything we want (beaches, old town, places of interest nearby etc).
We are planning to visit in April.
We are looking for a holiday home (3 beds min, pool, max 30 mins walk from beach, 300k Euros budget incl fees).
Can anybody recommend particularly areas I should look at as well as estate agent/s?
