Can anyone recommend any car hire companies around campoamar with no added insurance required and airport transfers included
Hi Peter, I don’t think it’s wise not to have additional insurance when hiring. The car hire company will provide third party cover, which is included in the price. But without some kind of additional insurance you are leaving yourself open to huge bills if you have an accident or the car is stolen, or damaged in any way. Even the additional basic cover that the car hire company will try and sell you won’t cover many things, like roof or under car damage, wheels, breakdown, towing and basically anything else they can think of, and there are many other things that they have thought of ! But you can pre purchase additional daily hire car cover for the duration of your hire period. The cover is far superior to what the car hire company will offer, and will be at least 3 times less expensive for a much superior cover. Search on line for additional car hire insurance, all of the well known UK car insurance search engine sites provide the service.

You will be wise to purchase Collision Damage Waiver insurance, independently.
I use icarhireinsurance.com and annual policies are very reasonable.
