Lockable wrought Iron or similar tall gate needed, Torrevieja area

Hi where would be a good place (cheapest) to get a lockable wrought Iron Gate for our Toretta on Toretta 3 in Torrevieja please, we are over from 4th Oct in a couple of weeks time.
We are also looking to block in our garden Patio wall bricks with some outside patio or similar tiles, where would you recommend for the cheapest place and also who may have stocks to take away?
