Does anyone know a locksmith and a rough price for changing a lock?

It depends on What Locksmith you call out. Some have the brassneck to ask for a Call out fee. It is not a difficult job.
I had 1 Locksmith who wanted 300 euros to change 2 Barrel of lock the part where Keys is inserted. Told him where to go but he demanded his call out fee and still is
But if you are Locked out they have you over a Barrel
A complete lock refit 130 maximum.
Barrel 75 euro. Demand a quote over the Phone
