Staying on Catral from the 25th July 2023 until the 7th August 2023. Looking for day trips either by a Tour company , bus of Train leaving from Catral.?

Does the train station in Catral service a large area or would I have to change at the main Station  to travel further afield and what is the next or main station called please?

What is  the bus service from Catra likevl  and where woukd I fine timetables for both Trains and busses?.

Thank you

Thanks for your patience

Rosa’s Tours as you can see list Catral as a pick up point

David’s coaches also do day trips, but you’d have to choose your nearest pick up.

Bus information from Costa Azul and Busbud

Trains from San Isidro will take you to Alicante and Murcia.  From there you can travel further afield, but usually via the central hub of Madrid.

Be warned of extreme high temperatures at that time of year, which normally make most forms of sightseeing unpleasant. For instance today we have a forecast of 37C  and we’re not yet in the hottest part of the year.
