Hi is anyone else self isolating in Catral area? I hear about all other areas, la marina, torre, guardamar but not down here?

I am self isolating due to my age 62 and some other underlying, contained, probs, like high blood pressure and asthma.

Am I the only one for goodness sake!!!!

I would that everyone (if they are complying with the law):

Quédate en casa stay at home or expect a fine unless for genuine reasons, explained permitted under the law.

Much is explained on this forum. Hope you are well.

Sir, take care of yourself. Take every precaution you can. As, Villas says, obey the law. People, are starting to realise the seriousness of the situation, sadly, some more slowly than others. This is a life and world changing event. As a fellow asthmatic I share your fears but fight on we must.

That video is hilarious!  But he was only putting his rubbish in the bin, if he'd done that without the T-Rex suit, he probably wouldn't have been caught by the police.  Some people are just attention seekers...... LOL!  ;o)

Morning Kim, on the subject of rubbish, are we allowed out to take our rubbish to the bins? We've been self isolating since last Thursday and its all getting a bit ripe now and I don't want to encourage the rats but our nearest bin is not within walking distance. Being in the country it is unlikely we will meet anyone on our journey but it would be just our luck.
Also, another post said about prescriptions being automatically extended but all our medicines become due on different dates and this would mean various trips to the pharmacy which goes against the self isolation model. Does anyone know if the rules will be relaxed so that when we do go to town we can maybe collect some that are not quite due yet?

Quite acceptable (1 person) to walk or car) to empty rubbish & farmacia. Passing people on the way (or back) included. Distance is the word. advised at least 1 metre. If you are out of town, more achievable. Good excercise (for you)....not so much for me. I empty my rubbish every day. 10 seconds walk. (not much excercise!. Keep safe.

Hi Ray, thanks, yes, I knew this, I'm not worried about the prescription running out but because they all become due on different dates it will mean numerous trips to the pharmacy. For example, the last time I went to the pharmacy to collect other meds my inhaler was not quite due and I asked if I could take it there and then as I am in a vulnerable group and didn't want to venture out more often than I need to. I was told I could, but I would have to pay the full €80 odd. Now I have to go out again.
