I have recently bought a second hand car and need to change the details of ownership. Does anyone know where I can get this done.

Hi, at any Gestoria who will charge a reasonable fee (there are quite a few Gestorias recommended in here). You can also do yourself at traffic and tax office (transfer tax based on car's book value), e.g. Elche, but without certain spanish knowledge probably a bit difficult to get through.
