Registering a UK reg camping car in Spain

Has anyone had experience of registering a UK reg camping car in Spain?
Is it a reasonable proceedure or the usual Spanish torture
Almost certainly the latter and depending on what it is it could range from extremely difficult to near impossible.

Well, the question should be if it makes sense. The cons are RHD and a gas installation not according to Spanish regulations. The Pros depend on how lonmg you would use the vehicle in Spain. The bottom line: better sell in UK and buy a used campervan here, there are plenty.
