My friends in the uk just package them up, pay the postage at the post office usually around £10 for a shoe box size. I think they have to tick a medication box on the declaration and that's it.
So far, 6 months, everything good. Get here within 7 to 10 days. Never had any problems.

I know your allowed prescription meds providing you have proof it’s solely for your own usage etc and if your in Spain for example if your on holiday the company and loose or run out of meds they will post this to you either it’s private or nhs you just have to go online and do with them.
