We are brand new to the area and the country itself. I am naturalist and I am very interested to know where I can shop for natural foods, supplements, good quality tea.... I am in Catral, but I don't need to be restricted. Please, give me as many names as you can. It will be very much appreciated.
Also, can anyone recommend a good hairdresser?

There is a Holland and Barrett health food shop in Habaneros shopping centre in Torreviega
You could also join the Facebook group Ladies of Spain and enquire on there.
Sure there are lots more such shops around.

Although fine quality teas are difficult to find in Spain, especially if you are searching for single estate Darjeeling!, there are a couple of online tea companies based in the north of Spain.
We were looking for a type of mild Assam, Hajua, which appears to be available through them, but at a price even more extravagant than Harrods, plus p and p.
So we passed!
The companies are easily findable online, I’m sorry, but can’t now remember the names.
