Job vacancy: relief animal shelter managers

Not looking for this position as such but do have few spare hours a week in which I would love to come to shelter to walk, clean out or even just socialise any animals.   Do please let me know if anything along these lines is available.

What hours or days would be available for the job is it salaried or voluntary I have had dogs and cats all my life until I moved here I lost my own goldie a few months ago at the age of 14 and was miss her so working with animals would be a lovely job regards vanda

The post would involve living on site but once the animals are fed and cleaned out etc your time would be your own. Normally the post is voluntary as all people involved with K9 are volunteers due to the fact we all feel strongly about animal welfare. Consequently all monies raised goes to the animals in our care., I suggest if you are interested you call our shelter managers on 600845420 or if you prefer send me your contact details and they will call you to discuss further.

Sorry to bother you again. I should add I have a son. Would he be allowed to stay too, if I should get the job? I don't want to waste your time

Hi Alison, Thank you for your interest. Your son would be most welcome. However the post has now been filled ,if you are really interested i suggest you contact our shelter managers on 600845420. Ideally we would require someone who is also willing to work as a volunteer at our shelter. this ensures a complete knowledge of how we work and the personalities of our dogs and cats.  Plus the animals would also get to know you and your son.

 The post has been filled  by a single mum with 2 children,  however should she be unable to cover at anytime we would be looking for someone else to cover.
