HI There,

My husband and I are thinking of moving to catral with our two dogs and have seen a house we are interested in. We were wondering if anyone could give us some advice on the area and also the surrounding towns as we would love to know a bit more about it. Also if anyone could give us advice on how to go about finding a good lawyer for some good advice .

 Thank you

Ok there good lawyers that will advise against buying ilegal properties and others that will say yes its ok but that is your choice so be aware and if you buy one that is not fully legal then hey ho.  I can point you in the direction of a good lawyer and resonably priced that will check everything and advise but you may not like what is said I can aso get information for you of one in catral whom a fiend of ours used who says it is ok!

By the way I am not saying you are trying to buy an ilegal property but a lot of them are!

Good luck whatever you do.

Hi

Good luck with your search.

You have been given some good advice here already and will no doubt get more  but unless there is a vested interest in a Solicitor ie. the member works for them or any other strange reason I can't understand why members don't place the website of these 'recommended' solicitors helpfully on here for all to see.

I use Abaco as my fiscal representative to pay our property taxes and used them to buy our property. .they have a very good informative website which even if you don't use them, is worth keeping on your bookmarks for info. They don't advertise with us or give us anything for recommending them..so no 'vested' interest. They also answer any questions by email.

Take a look

Thank you for your quick response , We would be pleased if you could send us the name of the lawyer because I want to know how we can avoid getting stung . It’s hard to know what to do next and advice is very much appreciated.
