I’ m looking for a central heating (fioul) repair

My central heating needs a révision. The burner safety light is on. It’s a Domusa Teknik model.
I think this is an oil boiler ? Please confirm and I’ll forward my oil fitting company who I’ve been with since 2010 and have a yearly contract for any repairs.
Have you held down the ‘reset button’ for at least 3 seconds ?

Yes , It’s an oil boiler. I press the red button, it’s going on but not for a long time. However , it’s nécessaire to clean it. It’s fine if you can transfer the demand to your company.
