Does anyone have a link to the EX01 cheat sheet for helping to fill the form out. I’ve searched on google but have been unable to find it. Or if anyone has a copy of their form and would be happy to guide me through I would appreciate any help.

Seems to be lots of mentions of it on this forum but I can't find it either Kerry. Grateful for any help from those out there who have used it.

I’ve resorted to hovering over a print out of the form with google translate camera 🤣🤣. I’ve searched every webpage I can find but can’t find a cheat sheet 😩

I follow a helpful group on Facebook and they have documents in their announcements. Hopefully if you zoom in on this or print off it helps

I've at last found a site which gives an English translation of the EX01 form. It's called agirlandthemap.com and somewhere on there is the EX01 translated to English. It's actually for Filipinos but it is the same form - yippee!
