How do i renew my Residencia

You don't need to. It isn't a document that needs renewing.
You can, if you really want to, go through the residencia application system again, this time ticking the first box of the RESIDENCIA PERMANENTE section on the EX-18, to get a residencia certificate with the word permanente on it. There's no point in doing so, as after five years residencia you have the right of permanent residency as an EU citizen, and don't need to get a new certificate saying so.
And in any case it will just be another useless piece of paper post-Brexit, as we'll all need to swap our existing EU citizen residencia certificates for ones for non-EU citizens certificates.
