Sorry about that looking for a rough price of a septic tank and where to buy one in the Cartrel or Crevillente are moving to this area next month.

You would expect to pay anything from 2k upto 6k depending on type and size and then the additional costs of installation on top of that and then hopefully the installer takes care of the paperwork side of things! It’s very important that all the paperwork is correct or else you would have wasted your time and money.

 To meet the latest regs you would need the mini sewage plant type which are more involved and you could almost drink the waste water that eventually comes out the final outlet pipe.....not that I recommend it😉

Merkfont plumbers merchants on the Callosa / Catral road are very helpful and manual the owner has a wealth of experience. Good luck.

Thee is a septic tank company on your doorstep!  Biotanks just down the road from Catral.  Tel> 902876254  and ask for Juan - he speaks English.    I bought a tank, 2000 euros delivered.   I used a local digger man cost 120 euros.   I slightly modified the tank so that instead of needing emptying every 6 months it has gone nearly 4 years and was only half full…..

Yes, they give you the proof for your habitation certificate.  Don't forget that for the HC you also have to have a contract with a septic tank cleaning company which will cost about 150 euros but the first clean is free.
