Hello everyone,
Can anyone advise a place OR store to purchase good quality carpets at a NOT SO HIGH price? NOT the likes of Le Roy Merlin etc. whom solely trade in Chinese Carpets.
Much appreciate ANY recommendations

Some time ago Crevillente was the place to go for flooring.. But apparently, many of the manufacturers discontinued and even diasappeared.

Alfombras Nelo in Crevillente they sell high end wool fitted carpets to small man made fibre rugs and some English is spoken.
If you are wanting fitted carpets then be prepared to pay a lot higher price than in the UK we were quoted almost double the price per sq mt than we would have paid in the UK. I hasten to add this was not at Alfombras Nelo.

We got several rugs from warehouses in crevillente but our main large thick carpet were from IKEA, it was 240x240 plain beige, got 2 and taped them together, couldn’t see the join with sofas covering area and coffee table, removed and stored in summer in the closed porch area.
ideal for winter. Even have one under our dining table/chairs as well for winter.
Thank you to everyone whom as contributed and left references for places of sales of carpets / rugs.
